Where was I when domestic terrorists took the capital?
Same place I’ve been all year! At home.
This is so crazy. If this was Black Lives Matters protesters, they’d be all shot dead. They wouldn’t have gotten within a few feet of the front door.
I guess it’s hard for the police to stop the rioters when half the force took the day off to riot.

Democracy, y or n?
The new year is here, and Trump was voted out of office. Joe Biden will take his place.
This is the most crazy time in american politics I’ve seen. Trump has not conceded, and is now pressuring the senate to not ratify the results. I’ll have to make sure and update about this tomorrow. Maybe in a few hundred years I can make some history blog or something.
Proud Boys are now marching on Washington. Small amount so far. Doesn’t look like more than 50 people.
They are going all out with this Save America March. I think most people are convinced that the president is insane, and really doesn’t believe he lost the election, or(my opinion) he is doing this for the millions of dollars in donations he is bringing in to “fight election fraud”.
So, not sure when I last mentioned it, but there is still this whole pandemic going on with COVID-19. One of the main things Trumps supports seem to believe is that it’s a hoax. As you can see in the above photo, they are packed in like sardines. And in the below photo, the speaker encourages attendees to hug each other and say “super spreader event” or something.
So, with my boredom with reality the past few decades, things are starting to look up. If the country devolves into chaos, it will be really interesting. I said the same thing when trump was elected, “news is going to get real good for a bit.”

Public Trust
I think I was just approved for my Public Trust. Not 100%, but I think that’s what the email means. I’m like, the lowest level of Public Trust, but this does mean I can start work. Or really, start on the job training. So excited!!!

It’s 1pm. Went to ls, they had a line. Went to grandview, same long line. But, they have a half ounce mixed, so I can do four different strains for $200. Not bad. Forty off.

The vaccine has come to america, but it will probably be six months before I can get it. That’s just my bullshit guess.
I did some research on the team I’m joining. I’ll be working with something call FirstData, which is used to migrate DICOM files. DICOM files were standardized in 1985, and contain image data and basic patient data. Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine, btw.
Not sure what’s wrong with me. My life is pretty great, but I just don’t care. All I want to do is get drunk. Back on the antibuse after a weekend I don’t much remember.

Lines still long
This store has been open for like two months now, but I’m still standing in line. This the first one open, the one in less summit. There is another place in grandview, but they don’t have any new stains. Still no word on the Waldo location.

Training for almost 6 weeks. No end in sight. I’ve got all the paperwork submitted for me VA/DOD stuff, but no contact from them yet.
Learning citrix atm. Mostly review, but some new info.

Calendar reminder worked
Well, it has worked one time so far.
Not much to talk about. Ready for training to be over. I was extremely impressed with the org of this org, but you so quickly see a company’s flaws with some experience.
$4500 for the repair bill for my car. Fucking insane. That is like 1/5 of what I paid for it. Glad it shouldn’t change the way it drives at all, but not like I fucking drive anyway.
Almost done with this Jade City book. By Fonda Lee. It’s good enough that I’ll read the second novel. Probably after I read the next The Expanse.
